Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchase Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of tracking generation. Post-tracking cancellations require the Buyer to cover return shipping. Items showing wear after tracking issuance are subject to restocking fees.

Secret Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval. Your card will be charged without prior notice unless canceled. You authorize automatic billing as a condition of purchase.

Cancellation Deadlines
To stop an upcoming charge, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Cancellations submitted after this window apply to the current cycle and trigger no refund.

Chargeback Protection & Dispute Fees
The issuance of a tracking number constitutes full fulfillment. Chargebacks filed for "item not received" after tracking generation will be contested using carrier data. A $15.00 dispute processing fee will be deducted from any refund or charged to your payment method if the chargeback is won by the Seller.

Verification & Processing
All cancellations require written submission via email or portal. We reserve a five (5) business day verification period to confirm payment status and tracking data. Failure to respond during verification results in automatic cancellation withdrawal.
