Shipping policy
4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Definitions and Scope
For the purposes of this policy, "Shipping" is defined strictly as the moment in which our automated logistics management system generates a unique tracking identifier (tracking number) and submits it to the carrier network. This tracking number acts as the definitive, irrefutable evidence that the goods have been dispatched from our facility. The physical transit of the goods to the Buyer’s location is a separate event governed by the carrier's network, which we do not control.
4.2 Utilization of Third-Party Logistics
We employ a comprehensive network of third-party freight forwarders, postal services, and digital logistics platforms to facilitate the movement of goods. The Buyer acknowledges and understands that we do not own or operate the physical transportation infrastructure. Consequently, the Buyer assumes all risks associated with the transit of their goods, including but not limited to delays, routing inefficiencies, and loss of tracking data accuracy.
4.3 Tracking Information and Accuracy
While we provide tracking information to ensure transparency, the Buyer is advised that the data presented via tracking portals may be delayed, inaccurate, or static for extended periods due to the nature of the logistics network used. A tracking number that has been generated and assigned to the shipment constitutes proof of shipment and fulfillment of the Seller’s delivery obligations, regardless of whether the tracking status updates frequently.
4.4 Estimated Delivery Timeline
The Buyer acknowledges that the estimated duration for the arrival of their shipment is between 14 and 21 business days from the date of tracking number generation. This timeframe is an estimate based on historical data and is subject to change without notice. The Buyer agrees to wait until the conclusion of this estimated period before filing a complaint regarding the non-arrival of goods.
4.5 Force Majeure and Carrier Delays
We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, customs delays, or technical failures in carrier systems. The mere existence of a tracking number is sufficient to demonstrate that performance has not been unreasonably delayed.
